From every university knowledge of water technology is combined with the knowledge of the other universities and is inserted in study program of the Wetsus Academy. This makes it a unique program, specified on water technology.

Actually all dreams are very important, otherwise you will not go further.
I knew that I would like to broaden my knowledge in water field due to the fact that I had wonderful teacher of Waste Water treatment, who showed that water is the most precious and magic compound on earth. I was lucky I found a Master track of Water Technology at Wetsus Academy in The Netherlands.

During my studying years I was impressed by the Dutch culture and people attitude in the study of science and technology. Dutch are always open and crazy (in a good way of course?) for new technologies and innovations.
In addition, the lecturers are always willing to help and answer all your questions. Undoubtedly, your opinion in return about the courses they give is necessary as well.
Well, living abroad is always a good experience in your life. The little city of Leeuwarden is calm and beautiful, surrounded by channels and parks.

Seven years ago, when I was decided to study the bachelor degree in the Netherlands, everyone asked me the same question ‘Why did I choose the Netherlands?’ ‘Because the Environmental technology especially related to the water technology in the Netherlands is very well-known. They had such a good reputation among other international countries to manage their water resources.’ This was always my answer to that question to everyone.
After I graduated my bachelor study in Environmental Science at Van Hall Larenstein in 2009, I decided to continue a master study in Water Technology at Wetsus Academy. Once I had started the course, I realized that I had made the right decision.
